When you pass 30 years old, in terms of make-up, you start thinking mainly as neat, smooth, highlighted, illuminated, contoured. I started forming a habit of using highlighters everyday and nobody can tell just in one glance if I’m tired or if my wrinkles have started to show.
This star Benefit product became part of my collection recently but I’ve already used it a couple of times as I swatch a lot between highlighters.
Pro’s:
- nice golden rose glow
- when mixed with a light liquid foundation it gives a nice result
- very natural result
Con’s:
- as it is a creamy based highlighter if you intend to use it on a medium to full foundation it’s not going to work; it’s going to ruin your half an hour work. Stick to the application over CC &BB cream
My rating: 6.5/10. As I am a person with sensitive skin it’s difficult for me to wear light foundation so I will stick to the powder highlighters.
